Job Title: RN Telemetry Travel Nurse

Uniti Med is seeking a skilled RN Telemetry travel nurse to join our team in Bridgeport, West Virginia.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RN Telemetry nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a travel nurse with Uniti Med, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and gain valuable experience in a new and challenging setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to telemetry patients, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of West Virginia.
  • Experience in telemetry nursing, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, days, with a 36-hour workweek.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
