Maryhaven, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and skilled Detox Nurse to join our team at the Maryhaven Addiction Stabilization Center (MASC). As a Detox Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care and devising creative treatment plans for adults dealing with mental illnesses and/or substance abuse issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform nursing assessments and monitor the health status of clients throughout their stay.
- Administer medications and medical treatment as ordered by a licensed physician.
- Maintain client safety and confidentiality.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an AS or BS in Nursing.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Ohio.
- A minimum of one year of experience in AOD and/or Psychiatric Nursing, with medical nursing experience preferred.
- CARN Certification and current certification in CPR are preferred.
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
