Job Overview
Becoming a Brewista at 7 Brew - NWA means joining a team dedicated to inspiring kindness through a revolutionary coffee experience. As a key member of our Brew Crew, you'll report directly to your stand manager and be responsible for making every interaction with customers an opportunity to build them up. This includes making delicious drinks, taking orders, providing excellent customer service, preparing premixed flavors and teas, cleaning, and stocking during every shift.

A successful Brewista will demonstrate the ability to converse with customers to confirm their drink orders and correctly enter them into our point-of-sale system. They will also collect payments for orders and accurately count back any change to the customer.
