Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in the specialty area of Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC). This is a contract position with a 5x8 day schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in SNF and LTC settings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to improve patient communication and swallowing skills
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in SNF/LTC settings
  • Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in the state of practice
