Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Buc-ee's. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, rotating inventory, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic math skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, climb, kneel, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
