- Automate deployment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Establish and enforce security protocols using cloud-native security solutions.
- Participate in routine security evaluations and vulnerability assessments.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Set up monitoring and alert systems to quickly identify and address incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of cloud architecture and operational procedures.
- Produce regular reports on system performance, security status, and cost management.
- Oversee internet-facing services, including DNS and domain registrations, while supporting firewalls and VPNs.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance release and deployment workflows.
- Assist the IT Help Desk in resolving technical issues for a distributed workforce.
- Stay informed on industry trends and incorporate relevant advancements into IT operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Azure cloud management, DevOps, or system administration.
- Proficient in Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) or similar identity management tools.
- Experience with IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Strong scripting capabilities in PowerShell or similar automation languages.
- Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments.
- Solid understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 or M365 is a plus.
- Ability to implement changes in enterprise systems while adhering to change management protocols.
- Capability to mentor IT Help Desk staff and other team members.
- At least 3 years of experience in network troubleshooting.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
