Support Staff Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to contribute to an exceptional dining experience at Blue Foods Group. This role includes hosting, bussing, and expediting. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, clearing and resetting tables, and providing overall support to our team by bussing tables, stocking, and tidying up the restaurant.

We are looking for people who are great at managing multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. With special attention to detail, you will care about performing quality work and contributing to a friendly and productive team atmosphere. Your smiling face is the first and last thing guests will see, so a positive can-do attitude is a must.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize tables/chairs & clean debris from under tables and chairs.
  • Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other supplies.
  • Buss dirty dishes and other tableware to kitchen for cleaning.
  • Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties to facilitate customer service.
  • Greet guests with a smiling welcoming presence.
  • Manage our wait list as needed in an organized and positive demeanor.
  • Receive and enter take out orders via the telephone or online ordering system.
  • Accurately handle cash/credit transactions.

Qualifications:
  • Previous knowledge of food service regulations is a plus.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to lift, carry, or pull objects 25lbs.
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Able to maintain a positive and welcoming attitude at all times.
  • Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
