Job DescriptionAs a Visual Design Specialist at Kalshi, your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality visual content that showcases our brand's personality and drives engagement. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and content teams to develop designs that align with our overall brand strategy and support our business objectives.
- Create visually stunning and impactful designs for social media, OOH advertising, paid media, merchandise, and other marketing materials.
- Develop shareable content for digital platforms, including infographics, memes, and other engaging assets.
- Maintain and evolve our brand's visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design work supports broader campaign goals and enhances the overall brand strategy.
- Execute designs efficiently and iterate based on feedback and performance data to continuously improve effectiveness.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create impactful visual content.
- Proven experience in designing for social, OOH, paid media, and branded merchandise.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
- Ability to work independently, quickly, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Creative, resourceful, and able to think outside the box to solve design challenges.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
