As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking garage, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control and monitor the entrance and exit of all guests and employees in and out of the parking garage
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a positive first impression for all guests
  • Be familiar with parking software and technology, including the Park Mobile app
  • Address problems and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor parking lots for safety and security, and ensure that all traffic flows smoothly
  • Provide guests with directions and other venue information
  • Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces, and maximize the use of parking lots
  • Direct guests on how to properly pay or use parking vouchers
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Prior parking experience is strongly preferred, but not required
  • Maintain composure in stressful situations
  • Ability to problem solve efficiently
  • Polite, friendly, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Ability to stand or walk constantly for an extended length of time
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Effective oral communication and writing skills
  • Ability to lift a maximum of 25 pounds without assistance
