Bulk Plant Operator Job Description

AXIS EDUCATION SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a skilled Bulk Plant Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely maintaining and operating cementing bulk equipment and the bulk plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cementing bulk equipment and the bulk plant in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Pull bulk equipment to be loaded and used at the well site.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of products and supplies at the bulk plant.
  • Load bulk chemicals for jobs and assist in calculating load out sheets.
  • Coordinate the movement of bulk products to and from the facility.
  • Ensure compliance with AXIS Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, guidelines, and regulations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • At least one (1) year experience in material handling or cementing operations with an oilfield service company.
  • Active state-issued driver license in good standing.
  • Ability to travel as job requires.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written in English.
  • Basic math skills and problem-solving and organizational skills.
Working Conditions:

The Bulk Plant Operator will work in all weather conditions and may be required to enter confined spaces, use ladders or other access devices up to 15 ft., and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, twisting, standing, squatting, crawling, and walking.

The salary range for this position is $25.00-$28.00 hourly, depending on experience.
