Job Description

As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Finger Lakes Community Health, you will be an integral part of our medical team, providing direct care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include collecting data to assist the care team in assessing patient needs, assisting in the planning and implementation of patient care plans, and working with the care team to modify care plans as needed.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A current unrestricted NYS LPN license and CPR certification required
  • Prior experience a plus
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with personnel, patients, and community partners
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings
  • The ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English preferred
  • A valid New York State driver's license in compliance with FLCH drivers' policy
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
