Job Title: RN - Labor & Delivery

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor and Delivery team at UMMS: Capital Region Medical Center - crosscountry. As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our patients through the childbirth process.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to patients undergoing labor and delivery
  • Collaborate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes or complications
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Support patients and their families during the childbirth process

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
