Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Master Marine Technician to join our team at OneWater Marine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in boat repair and maintenance, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair problems with boats and motors.
  • Coordinate with parts managers to ensure timely job completion.
  • Document all work and parts on repair orders.
  • Assist with pickup and delivery of boats as needed.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$100,000 per year, based on industry standards and qualifications.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current and valid driver's license.
  • Personal hand tools.
  • Manufacturer certification (boat or engine).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
