Colliers Engineering & Design is a leading provider of engineering and surveying services. As a Project Surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and precision of our clients' projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying, with experience in conventional surveying methods, geospatial scanning techniques, and data analysis. Proficiency in software such as Civil 3D, TBC (Trimble Business Center), and MicroStation is essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we provide opportunities for career advancement, professional growth, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and prepare complete boundary surveys by compiling record data and providing sound analysis and reasoning for accurate property line locations.
  • Perform quality control reviews on reports, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and other contract documents prepared by others for accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide accurate computations for the layout of subdivisions, roads, and lots, as well as buildings and utilities.
  • Assist staff in preparing reports, findings, plans, and other contract documents.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent technical experience.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D, TBC, and MicroStation.
  • Valid driver's license required.
