Geospatial Intelligence Collections Supervisor

As a Geospatial Intelligence Collections Supervisor at Xcellent Technology Solutions, you will leverage GEOINT, multi-INT, and multi-source strategies to oversee collection activities essential for time-dominant operations. This role provides you with the autonomy to develop problem-solving methodologies and mentor junior analysts in executing standard operating procedures.

In this position, you will enjoy a fast-paced work atmosphere while showcasing your expertise in a vital field.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
  • One of the following experience and education combinations is required:
    • 3 years of relevant experience (no degree required).
  • Experience in source strategies analysis, source throughput analysis, or GEOINT collections management, preferably with NGA.
  • Proficient in creating briefs and information papers regarding future intelligence collection.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, ArcGIS, Socket GXP, and Remote View, utilizing Electro-Optical (EO), Infrared (IR), and Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imagery for intelligence production.
  • Must have an active GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) account.
  • Ability to support a rotating shift schedule 24/7/365.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting NGA.
  • Experience with GEOINT collection management information systems, analytical databases, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of collection capabilities and methods.
  • GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC) is a plus.

Note: This position requires a shift schedule.
