About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Troy Hills Center - Parsippany, NJ. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading our nursing units to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Facilitate the implementation of our care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff and coordinating with other departments.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff and minimize overtime and agency personnel.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Qualifications
