Job Title: Medical Care Nurse

About Us:
Monterey Park Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in the San Gabriel Valley, is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg Unit. This full-time position offers a 12-hour night shift schedule and reports directly to the Clinical Director of Med/Surg.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $120,000-$150,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate RN who can provide exceptional patient care, treatment, counseling, and health education to hospitalized patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating care across the continuum, meeting and exceeding compliance with core measures, and contributing to quality, safety, and performance improvement activities.

Requirements:
To be eligible for this position, candidates must have a current CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification from the American Heart Association, and proficiency in both written and oral English. A graduate of an accredited Nursing program, preferably with a BSN, and one year of acute care experience are also preferred.
