About the RoleThis Registered Nurse position plays a vital role in providing direct patient care to behavioral health patients, adhering to established policies and procedures of the facility. The successful candidate will perform initial and ongoing bio-psychosocial assessments, develop a nursing plan of care consistent with the master treatment plan, and participate in treatment team conferences to revise goals and interventions as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Implement nursing plans of care for assigned patients and conduct group therapy sessions.
- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective patient care.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credential from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or equivalent home state license.
