About the Role

This is a 91-day contract position in Fayetteville, North Carolina, with a competitive weekly rate. As an ICU RN, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to critically ill patients. You will assess patients' conditions, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient. Additionally, you will perform advanced interventions and procedures to stabilize and support patients' health and educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment options, and care plans for optimal recovery.

Responsibilities

- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU).
- Assess patients' conditions, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications

- Current RN license
- BLS certification
- Two years of recent ICU RN experience
- Strong communication and adaptability skills.
