At EssilorLuxottica, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Optician to join our team. As a key member of our optical team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality eyewear.

• Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses.
• Act as a leader in optical acumen, providing guidance and support to associates.
• Take and record measurements, adjust or fit eyewear correctly, and ensure that finished eyewear meets standards and customer requirements.
• Attract new customers and explore their needs and priorities.
• Utilize store tools and adhere to Brand Store Commitments.
• Perform work accurately and thoroughly, utilizing all technology despite time pressure and customer volume.
• Anticipate problems and develop long-term solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills, including communication, listening, and team building.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Basic math skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Selling skills, including the ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet.
• Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators.
