My Car LLC is seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining all aspects of financial analysis related to our vehicle sourcing programs.
Key Responsibilities- Contracting and Sales: Secure new business, sell finance products, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Financial Analysis: Generate finance income on all sold customers, verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key industry partners, including lenders and suppliers, to drive business growth and profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a working knowledge of leases, understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handle cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, and other financial products.
- Experience: Previous automotive finance experience, with a proven track record of success in financial analysis, sales, and relationship building.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Science, Economics, Statistics, or Finance, or 5 years of auto finance experience.
- Skills: Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability, well-versed in title laws and the registration process, and expert in negotiation and presentation skills.
- Personal Qualities: Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, with the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization.
