Job Title: Senior Recruiter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team at Icon Consultants in Midland, TX. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in high-volume hourly and salaried positions. You will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to develop effective talent acquisition strategies, conducting regular communication with hiring managers to provide updates and advice, and collaborating with other Talent Acquisition team members to coordinate strategies and activities.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our clients.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct regular communication with hiring managers to provide updates and advice.
  • Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition team members to coordinate strategies and activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or equivalent.
  • 6-8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a large corporate environment.
  • Experience recruiting high volume hourly and salaried positions.
  • Experience with candidate screening, evaluation, scheduling, and active participation in interview processes.
