Join Our Team as a Pediatric Physical Therapist

Therapy 2000, a leading provider of home-based pediatric therapy services, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team in New Braunfels, Texas and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to determine patients' needs for therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
  • Collaborate with patients and caregivers to develop home exercise programs.
  • Work as a vital member of patients' medical neighborhoods, coordinating care with various providers and disciplines.
  • Meet deadlines for patient chart updates, progress summaries, and other paperwork.
  • Participate in regular meetings with agency personnel to maintain understanding of expectations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Current/active license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Texas.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
  • Proficiency in common workplace technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a pediatric Physical Therapist.
  • Experience in a home health setting.
  • Specialty certifications (e.g., PCS).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
