Therapy 2000, a leading provider of home-based pediatric therapy services, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team in New Braunfels, Texas and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to determine patients' needs for therapy.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
- Collaborate with patients and caregivers to develop home exercise programs.
- Work as a vital member of patients' medical neighborhoods, coordinating care with various providers and disciplines.
- Meet deadlines for patient chart updates, progress summaries, and other paperwork.
- Participate in regular meetings with agency personnel to maintain understanding of expectations and standards.
- Current/active license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Texas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
- Proficiency in common workplace technology.
- 3+ years of experience as a pediatric Physical Therapist.
- Experience in a home health setting.
- Specialty certifications (e.g., PCS).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
