Key Responsibilities- Coordinate nursing activities to maintain continuity of care and patient flow
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing and hospital standards and unit policies and procedures
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic PC skills and knowledge of electronic documentation
You will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care and service. As a Charge Nurse, you will also have input on performance evaluations and contribute to the development of our nursing team.
