The Clinical Outcomes Analyst and Performance Improvement Specialist will be responsible for the collection, analysis, and presentation of data in formats that drive actionable insights, facilitating progress towards our established outcome measure objectives.

This role will provide valuable insights and identify opportunities for enhancement to Leadership and project teams, guiding informed decision-making and subsequent actions.

As a Performance Improvement Specialist, the individual will collaborate with leadership and project teams to propel initiatives from conception through to execution and ongoing sustainability.

The position entails direct engagement with Leadership, various departments, healthcare providers, and staff to oversee quality assurance processes.

Required Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Healthcare Administration, Process Engineering, etc.) is mandatory.
  • Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration:
  • Certification in Process Improvement Methodologies.
  • Project Management Certification is advantageous.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending English.
  • Experience in operational processes within the healthcare sector.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adeptly navigate technical systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in data presentation.
  • Prior experience in performance improvement or quality initiatives; capability for self-direction and independent decision-making.
  • Openness to attending relevant seminars and conferences as necessary.
