Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team in Ashland, WI. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support participants with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and meal preparation
  • Assist participants with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Encourage participants to engage in their favorite activities and hobbies
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to participants
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized support plans

Requirements
  • No high school diploma required
  • No experience required
