Job Summary

99 Ranch Market is a leading Asian supermarket chain with a passion for shaping the grocery industry's cultural landscape. We're seeking a skilled Hot Deli Cook to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality dim sum, buns, noodles, and cold-deli items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Production: Oversee the production of all dim sum, buns, noodles, and cold-deli items, ensuring timely delivery to meet customer demands.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and ingredients used in food production.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the quality of food products and adherence to production procedures.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain equipment used in food production, reporting any breakdowns to the department manager.
  • Customer Service: Prepare and serve customer orders efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous kitchen, culinary, deli, or restaurant experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Good customer service skills, time management skills, and ability to visually identify product quality and freshness.
Physical Demands
  • Standing: Standing for extended periods is commonly required.
  • Lifting: Ability to lift 30 lbs or more with appropriate equipment.
