Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Active Directory Management: Oversee user and group account administration, manage endpoint devices, and ensure compliance with established regulations and policies.
  • SharePoint Administration: Design and develop SharePoint sites, pages, libraries, and workflows. Provide ongoing support to end-users and assist site owners with site development and maintenance.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve daily operational issues, manage trouble tickets, and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize system performance, providing detailed reports and statistics to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and installation qualifications (IQs) to align with industry best practices.
  • Backup and Recovery: Define and implement server backup and recovery procedures, participating in business continuity and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 10 years in a technical role supporting server environments. Key experience includes:
  • Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems (2012, 2016, 2019) and VMware technologies.
  • Extensive knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP technologies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Windows Network Infrastructure.
  • Competence in ASP.NET, SQL Server, and application development.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerShell and server monitoring tools.

Security Clearance:
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
