As a nurse care specialist, you'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator.

We offer a supportive environment dedicated to promoting the well-being of children from 0-18 years old, with a combined unit featuring Pediatrics and PICU, located on the 1st floor.

We serve a diverse variety of diagnoses, such as respiratory, abdominal pain, and dehydration, and we promote Family Centered Care, with a specialty care transport team.

Our comprehensive benefits package includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus, shift differentials, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible-spending and health-savings accounts, and more.

Qualifications and requirements include a current state RN license, a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school, and Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.

Additional requirements include ACLS and PALS within six months of hire, and one year of experience preferred.
