Wildfire Defense Systems, Inc. is seeking highly skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team as Wildland Firefighter Type 2s. As a member of our elite taskforces, you will serve on an engine crew, hand crew, or tender, performing fire suppression and fuels management duties in the most adverse climate, fuel, and terrain conditions.

1. Perform fire suppression and fuels management duties in the Operations Section.
2. Work in a team environment to achieve fire suppression and fuels management goals.
3. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
4. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

To be eligible for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. Introduction to ICS (ICS-100).
2. Human Factors in the Wildland Fire Service (L-180).
3. Firefighter Training (S-130 - Field Day Required).
4. Introduction to Wildland Fire Behavior (S-190).
5. NIMS: An Introduction (IS-700).
6. Wildland Fire Safety Training Annual Refresher (WFSTAR) (RT-130).
7. Ability to pass a WCT (Work Capacity Test/Pack Test) at Arduous Level.
8. Employees must be 21 years of age or older.
9. DOT Medical Examiner's Certification.
10. Current driver's license with acceptable driving record.
