At Quality Talent Group, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
- Continuously observe and assess patient condition and care needs, reporting changes to the supervisor and/or physician as necessary.
- Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care in a timely manner.
- Participate in and update the nursing care plan to ensure effective patient outcomes.
- Take appropriate nursing action based on assessment and achieve expected outcomes.
- Recognize changes in patient needs and responses requiring intervention, and implement care to prevent risk or reduce risk.
- 6 months experience as a practicing nurse (we offer an excellent New Grad Program for recent graduates).
- Nursing License (must be active and in good standing with the board).
- CPR Certification (must be current, Hands-on BLS).
