Client Relationship Executive

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Marco Fine Arts. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts, driving incremental sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities across the entire client organization.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations for a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and across the entire client organization to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Drive incremental sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new revenue streams within existing accounts.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, planning, operations, and other divisions, to deliver on client expectations and ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Monitor, track, and report on account performance, providing regular updates to senior management and identifying areas for improvement.
- Proactively identify and resolve account issues and challenges, ensuring that client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Ensure seasonal plans meet business objectives by analyzing business performance with the planning team to maximize sales growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management or business development, preferably within the art industry.
- Project Management experience, PMP preferred.
- A proven track record of driving sales growth and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Tenacious, resilient, and persuasive, with the ability to take initiative and drive results independently.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with excellent follow-up, organization, problem-solving, analytical, and presentation abilities.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel & PowerPoint).
Benefits:
This position is hybrid with 3/4 days per week on site in Austin, TX or Hawthorne, CA. The estimated salary for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
