Overview
The Tennis Retail Sales Associate will be an essential contributor to the operations of the tennis retail environment and will report directly to the Director of Tennis. This role often serves as the first point of contact for members and visitors to the tennis shop. A friendly demeanor and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are crucial attributes for the ideal candidate. Responsibilities include assisting with general merchandise and point-of-sale operations within the tennis shop. Duties encompass, but are not limited to, managing our Special-Order system, answering phone inquiries, welcoming and checking in members and guests, and maintaining shop displays and overall aesthetics. The perfect candidate should have a strong passion for organization and a sense of ownership over their responsibilities. A positive, engaging team player who is committed to delivering outstanding customer service is essential.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls in the tennis shop and scheduling tennis lessons.

- Operating the point-of-sale system, including ordering, receiving, and processing Special Orders.
- Welcoming and assisting members and guests.
- Consistently striving to enhance operations, streamline processes, and collaborate effectively to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience and expertise.
- High School Diploma.
