We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Intermountain Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for conducting medical imaging examinations and diagnostic procedures with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct medical imaging examinations and diagnostic procedures with attention to detail and patient safety.
- Prepare patients for exams, ensuring proper identification and order verification.
- Explain procedures to patients and families, alleviating anxiety and facilitating cooperation.
- Perform radiologic exams that produce high-quality images, adhering to radiation protection guidelines.
- Utilize sterile technique for invasive procedures and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Coordinate patient care, communicating with other healthcare providers as needed.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
- ARRT registration.
- Current Rad Tech license in state of practice (if working in Utah).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
- IV Certification.
Carrying, Hearing/Listening, Lifting, Manual Dexterity, Pushing/Pulling, Seeing, Speaking, Standing, Walking.
