Home Health LPN Job DescriptionRiverside Home Health Care & Hospice is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor patient health, and report changes to the RN or physician.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and possess excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensure compliance with all health regulations and standards, and maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary range of $35-$42 per hour, depending on experience, and a $3,500 sign-on bonus for full-time LPNs. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, health concierge and Teladoc services, FSA and HSA accounts, and professional growth and development support.
