We are seeking highly qualified adjunct faculty to join our pool of instructors for the upcoming academic year. As a member of our adjunct faculty pool, you will have the opportunity to teach a variety of courses in journalism, writing, and modern languages.
Responsibilities- Teach courses in college composition, literature, foreign languages (Spanish and French), and journalism
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and syllabi
- Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and improve teaching practices
- Masters degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution
- Doctorate preferred
- Commitment to teaching excellence and student success
- Minimum of one year teaching experience in higher education
- Ability to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and university administrators
- Experience teaching in a Christian liberal arts environment
- Knowledge of instructional technologies and online learning platforms
- Ability to adapt to changing curriculum and instructional needs
