Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessing and coordinating patient care plans, and implementing and monitoring patient care plans.
- Coordinate with other disciplines, such as physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
- Monitor and record patient condition, and communicate with healthcare team members as needed.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- BLS Provider certification required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition Compact State required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire required.
