Job Title: Registered Nurse, Stay Suites Part Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Stay Suites. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patient responses.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and provide education to patients and families.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families during times of need.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in good standing.
  • 1+ years of experience in a hospital, ASC, or home health setting.
  • BCLS certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BLS certification.
  • Orthopedic experience.
