We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team at Kommer Bave & Ciccone LLP. As an Associate Attorney, you will play a key role in our litigation practice, working closely with our experienced attorneys to negotiate claims, draft pleadings and discovery, and conduct depositions, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues
- Maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting with negotiations and settlements, and attending client meetings to provide legal advice and guidance
- Representing clients in court hearings and trials, and advocating on their behalf to achieve the best possible outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues
- Excellent research and legal knowledge, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective solutions
