About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Healthpro Heritage, LLC in Golden Valley, MN. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
  • Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications, to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, reporting observations to the Physical Therapist and educating patients and families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care techniques.
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible.
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems.
