  • Capable of working autonomously while keeping management informed of progress; must provide project resource estimates and adhere to timelines. This role requires discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment with incarcerated juveniles.

Preferred Skills (Ranked by Importance):

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and familiarity with SQL reporting tools.
