Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized classroom environment
  • Complete necessary paperwork, including daily notes, accident reports, and attendance records
  • Attend staff meetings, academy events, and parent-teacher conferences
  • Supervise and assist children during activities, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
  • Provide counseling for social, academic, or adjustment issues
  • Plan and implement lesson plans, programs, and schedules that meet the diverse needs of our students
  • Prepare instructional materials and resources
  • Assist with meal times and cleanup
  • Evaluate and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good condition and used properly

Requirements:

  • 21 years old or older
  • CDA or higher in Early Childhood Education/45 hours training
  • Classroom teaching experience in an accredited early childhood facility
  • Pleasant, friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
  • Highly professional and dependable
