Cocktail Server

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Server to join our team at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Set tables according to type of event and service standards.
• Answer questions on menu selections and provide recommendations.
• Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, and product availability.
• Record transactions in our MICROS system at the time of order.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day.
• Complete closing duties, including restocking items and turning off lights.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
