Aerotek is seeking a skilled SMT Technician to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing electronic components, working with Mil-spec connectors, and performing tasks under a microscope.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and test electronic components using small hand tools and equipment
  • Work with Mil-spec connectors and perform tasks under a microscope
  • Use wiring diagrams, customer specifications, drawings, and blueprints to complete tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in SMT assembly and testing
  • Strong understanding of electronic components and Mil-spec connectors
  • Ability to work in a clean room environment and meet production standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
