Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Manage patient pain and discomfort, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.
  • Anticipate and respond to patient needs, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience in a PACU or similar setting.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin or compact state.
  • BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association.
