We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Cosmetology Instructor to join our faculty team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching courses in Cosmetology, designing and developing curriculum, evaluating student performance, and advising students.

• Teaching Performance: Provide students with course documentation, demonstrate effective interaction skills, relate instruction/materials to course objectives, and use practical examples and illustrations.
• Instruction Development: Review and design new courses and programs, update current courses, prepare syllabi, and participate in the development/revision of instructional materials.
• Student Advisement: Participate actively in student development, academic advising, student recruitment, and job placement.
• Instructional Management: Practice course management, maintain office hours, and submit reports in a timely manner.
• College and/or Community Service: Support the college by working on committees and/or performing public service.
• Professional Development: Take part in activities that will develop professional and personal competencies to improve knowledge, skills, and proficiency in the present position.

• A current South Carolina Cosmetology Instructor License is required.
