At United Parcel Service, we're looking for skilled individuals to join our team as Vehicle Shifters. As a Vehicle Shifter, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our trailers moving, ensuring timely delivery of packages to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate powered industrial trucks (PITs) or tractor trailers to move trailers around our property.
- Back trailers safely and efficiently.
- Hold a valid driver's license and obtain a CDL, with possible endorsement for doubles/triples depending on location.
- Pass a DOT physical and maintain excellent driving skills and a good driving record.
