About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at TriStar Summit Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Summary

The Mammography Technologist performs a variety of technical procedures that require rational independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative in performing women's imaging exams with basic departmental functions and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform radiologic procedures to the board, facility, and national standards.
  • Promote customer service initiatives.
  • Provide continuous observation of telemetry monitors.
  • Document notes in PACS.
Requirements:
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Mammography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Mammo preferred.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
