Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing 1-1 specialized treatment to our clients in a home-based setting, working in partnership with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
Key Responsibilities- Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts to support the development and well-being of our clients.
- Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and report progress to the treatment team.
- Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors, maintaining clear lines of communication.
- Physically engage with clients during sessions, requiring activities such as standing, sitting, bending, lifting, running, squatting, and kneeling.
- Perform other tasks as outlined by Board Certified Behavior Analysts or Lead Behavior Analysts.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
