Certified Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable CrossFit Coach to join our team at Gameday Fitness Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading classes and training clients in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging CrossFit classes for clients of all levels
• Provide personalized coaching and guidance to clients to help them achieve their fitness goals
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a CrossFit Coach or in a related field
• Strong knowledge of CrossFit methodology and programming
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Compensation:

Pay starts at $20/class, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
